ELIGIBILITY: The Hurricane Supply Kit Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (“Eligibility Area”), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the entry (“Entrant”). Employees, members of the Board of Directors, and volunteer officials of the University of Louisiana Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), and members of their immediate families (defined for the purpose of these Official Rules as: spouse and parents, children and siblings,, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside of the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on June 22, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on June 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A Purchase does not increase your chance of winning. During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can visit www.ragincajuns.com and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry (“Entry”). All entries must be received by June 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT to be eligible. Limit one (1) Entry per person and per email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper of this Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different account/email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Sweepstakes Entry services) will void all Entries by that Entrant. Message and data rates apply to use of mobile device. You may be charged by your wireless carrier for participating via mobile device. It is therefore recommended that you consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan BEFORE participating via mobile device. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes without visiting the URL, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a postcard or piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Hurricane Supply Kit Giveaway, c/o UL Federal Credit Union, 619 McKinley Street, Suite 101, Lafayette, LA 70503. All mail-in entries must be received by June 24, 2026, to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, regardless of method of entry. Mail-in entries must be submitted by the Entrant only. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdelivered, illegible, incomplete or postage-due entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
PRIZE/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1): Hurricane Supply Kit. Maximum ARV: $350.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Any difference between the actual value of the prize and stated ARV will not be awarded. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Lost, mutilated, or stolen vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No other substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize (or portion thereof) is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 1, 2026, from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone call (“Notification”). The Notification will provide information regarding how to claim the prize. Potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release after the date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within a specified time period (as instructed within the Notification), prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable. If Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner, or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received. If potential winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that they may be photographed, recorded, or otherwise captured by the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes or related Event (“Footage”). All Footage shall be the sole property of the Sponsor, who shall have the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Footage, including any names, likenesses, or other identifiable information contained therein, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to, the internet and social media platforms, for promotional, advertising, or other lawful purposes, without limitation, further notice, approval, compensation or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.
RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all actions, claims, injury, illness, bodily injury, death, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in any aspect of this Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes-related activity and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of any prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).
GENERAL CONDITIONS/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to fully and unconditionally abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, software or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet; (e) any injury or damage to Participant's or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes; (f) any other claims related to participation in the Sweepstakes, including without limitation any claims of intellectual property infringement, violation of any rights of privacy or publicity or any personal injury or property damage; or (g) other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries or online entry forms, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, including but not limited to Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, government restriction, or any other condition beyond their control, which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prize(s) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if the Entrant tampers with the entry process or if their fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct errors in promotional materials. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Entries; or for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failures; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; or for other errors or difficulties of any kind—whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, or otherwise—relating to or in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, or the announcement of any prize. Sponsor is also not responsible for any damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer or device resulting from accessing or using the website in connection with this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or associated websites, act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or violate these Official Rules—as determined solely by Sponsor—will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. If any portion of the Sweepstakes is, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised due to virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, to select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received prior to such action. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
PRIVACY: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted here. The Entrant hereby agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data by Sponsor.
